内容策划不错，但画面切换太快太频繁，图像晃动厉害，制作水平较差，很多本应美丽的画面无法看清细节。远远不如BBC的行星地球系列。此外使用了滑翔伞，攀岩，潜水等镜头，表扬了有冒险精神科学家，但除了一些故作炫耀的晃动镜头，却没有足够的理由说明为何要通过这些方式进行研究。有故做噱头的嫌疑。总体评价2.7-3.0分。
